If you apply for a visa in Australia and Home Affairs refuses your application, you can apply for a review of that decision. The body that does those reviews is changing - from 15 October 2024, the Administrative Review Tribunal will replace the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Immigration Assessment Authority.
