Recent law changes put stronger duties on employers to take positive steps to eliminate psycho-social hazards that arise in the work environment such as from job pressures, trauma and various forms of harassment. In this session lawyers Jill McGrath and Blaire O’Loughlin-Mills from the Minter-Ellison Workplace team explore this evolution in law, and discuss practical steps about how employers and employees can better manage risks of psychosocial hazards.
